1.0− The accommodation did not match the photographs and overall presentation on Booking.com. The advertised sofa had been replaced by beds, there was no television in the bedroom, and the listing did not show the full layout of the property. In reality, the space was extremely long and narrow, with a corridor-like configuration that was not clear from the published photos. We felt misled by the listing, did not stay at the property, returned the keys immediately and submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com.
