Villa4 is ideally situated on the scenic hillside of Marinella, and you can even walk down to the sea and the beach! Well-maintained and very well-equipped, every detail has been carefully considered in the three beautiful double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The terrace was particularly lovely in the evening for admiring the views, and during the day... well, the view is simply magnificent. We had a wonderful stay!

The perfect blend of comfort, relaxation and location! We loved it from the very start – tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, spacious and open on all four sides, with airy verandas where we had breakfast (thanks to the lovely weather!!) though fortunately there was little wind. The rooftop is truly lovely, a perfect blend of privacy and a place to relax whilst doing yoga overlooking the sea! The beach is just a short walk away, following the path from the house down to the water’s edge… a deserted beach, a real gem at this time of year! We thank Federico and Gabrielle for everything!!

Location, well appointed and beautifully decorated, lovely gardens.

− Steep stairs to second floor and rooftop. No shade on rooftop. So heavily landscaped no breeze or any view except the roof top

La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Marinella, si respira un’aria di pace e tranquillità e si è immersi completamente nei profumi dello splendido giardino. Le camere sono davvero belle e curate, comodi i 3 bagni e presenza della lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Le serate più belle sul roof-top con vista sul mare resteranno un piacevolissimo ricordo di questa magnifica estate a Villa quattro. Ci torneremo ancora!

Perfect welcome, typically Italian, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa4. The care of the interiors, the quality of the fabrics and the feeling of being safe inside this location made us feel at home. The garden is really as we expected, large and with many trees that always gave a pleasant feeling of protection around us. I highly recommend the walks on the beach in the morning to breathe and relax leaving everything behind!

Stunning villa with a beautiful garden, excellent finishes and well-kept linens. you live well with air conditioning. great indoor parking. Ms. Gabriella was very supportive on our trip to Sardinia. Marinela beach can also be reached on foot in 15min
