The apartment is clean and comfortable, it has everything we need. It has a fantastic view from the balcony. It’s in a quiet and smart area of Son Parc. It’s a short walk of 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Beach club supermarket. The little swimming pool was a bonus.

Xavier was a wonderful host—very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. He had also kindly arranged a high chair with utensils and a baby bed for our toddler, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The apartment was great: two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (even a juice press, which we loved for making fresh orange juice!), and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The balcony gets the morning sun, so it was especially enjoyable in the evenings. The apartment was also well-equipped for families, with for example two sun umbrellas and a sun chair, which was perfect for us and our two young kids. The pool was just outside and was often quiet and peaceful. There’s a supermarket and bakery nearby, and for dining out we explored nearby villages like Fornells, as Son Parc had fewer restaurant options. The beach was also very close and absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

− The only downside was the check-out experience. We had agreed on a 10:00 am departure, but Xavier’s wife arrived at 9:30 and waited by the door while we were still packing and showering, which felt quite stressful. Afterward, I let her know that our 2-year-old had accidentally broken a bowl and apologized, but unfortunately, her reaction made us feel quite uncomfortable. We were very careful during our stay, and accidents can happen—especially with small children. Despite that, it was a great stay overall, and we would absolutely recommend the apartment.

Comfortable apartment with great views and a thoughtful host

The apartment is clean, incredibly well supplied and homely, and has beautiful views across parkland to the sea. Everything feels very lovingly set up by Xavier - the beds, couches and linen are all comfortable and high quality. The place is decorated like a much-loved holiday home. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, but also have fans and big windows for air flow. The kitchen is the most thoughtfully set up kitchen I've seen in a holiday rental for a long time, including everything we needed to have breakfast the next morning and a much appreciated cake on arrival. The wifi works well. The check in and out was smooth. The apartment is just five minutes stroll from a very nice and not busy beach, and the shared pool was just outside the door. Son Parc is a very quiet holiday town, but the food we had at the local restaurants was very good. Would definitely recommend.

− lf you are looking for atmospheric old Spanish buildings, better to be in Cuitadella as Son Parc is all modern apartments. But that didn't worry us!
