− The internet connection is poor (both Wi-Fi and mobile network). Those who need to work have to do it outside. The room could use more cabinets and hooks for hanging clothes and towels.

− The apartment is sparsely furnished. There is only a bed in the bedroom, no dressers or bedside tables. There is nowhere to put your clothes in the bathroom while you are showering. If you are staying for one night, this is not too much of a problem, but if you were staying longer it would definitely be inconvenience.
