Regular Stayers - Love this city centre hideaway.
10.0We loved this quirky little space. excellent location, a few mins walk into the city centre, resturants, bars, pubs etc. The bed was super comfy, matress nice and firm, plenty of pillows and lovely furnishings. clean and spottless. Despite being in the city centre there was no noise whatsoever - quiet as a pin and we stayed on Fri/Sat night too so classic nightlife time. But slept incredibly well. Shower nice and hot, and a good pressure. Lighting was a brilliant touch - especially love the switches being close to the bed - easy peasy to turn off at sleep time. Cute snacks and water provided, and good storage space. We really liked how secure it felt as well, as you need key cards to access internal corridor doors too, not just the building, and the room door. a mini gym available too, in the well equipped laundry room. Plenty of spotless white towels. decorated nicely, and a great place to stay! Highly recommend. Thank you very much.
− the communal kitchen/fridge was a little less than clean, and because there are lots of different rooms in the complex there were some...interesting cooking smells. but...that was not an issue in the room at all, just in the corridor. The stairs could be a bit tricky in the room if you have any mobility issues, (or have had a few bevvies!) but thats us being picky. its lovely and we cant wait to stay again.

8.0The hosts are exemplary, a big shout out to them. The location is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The place is clean. Incidental features I likes were the USD ports in the plug sockets - great for phone charging and the fact the sockets are multi-national.
− The shower has no thermostat in the room. It was turned very low at first - and because there was no thermostat I had to call the hosts to get the temperature turned up (who were very responsive). And the lights to the shower unit are automatic, which I found very confusing - it’s bit of an unwarranted moan from me but knowing that before hand would have saved my confusion.
