10.0We had a fantastic stay at Villa 31. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Located in a lovely quiet location but not too far from anywhere we wanted to visit. We had the pool heated which was great for our young children. I would highly recommend this Villa. and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we were to visit Gran Canaria again!

10.0Very clean, spacious, and comfortable villa. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation is provided. The host is very responsive and helpful. A short drive to the beach, shopping center, and other amenities.

10.0La casa è stupenda e dotata di tutti i confort , eravamo un gruppo di 7 persone e siamo stati comodissimi ,l’host gentilissimi ci hanno anche offerto una giornata gratis al amadores beach club , il posto e tranquillo ed è consogliabile l’auto , la villa è arredata con buon gusto pulita ed è diponibile un piccolo camperto calcio , un tavolo ping pong , e una sala tv con divano spaziosissimo . Abbiamo lasciato una cauzione di 500€ che ci è stata restituita regolarmente . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente .

Great villa for a large family or friends getaway
9.0Great villa, for our family of 5 adults 3 teens and a baby was very comfortable, each with their own bedroom with shower and toilet, pool and sun loungers, relaxation areas, table tennis we used every evening. We cooked our own food, very convenient because there is all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking. The location of the villa is convenient only if you have a car, there is a garage for 2 cars. Although one day we also walked to the local good and sandy beach 20 minutes. Villa neat, clean, nice reception.
− Our stay was a bit spoiled by the rain, after which the necessary sockets, e.g. for charging the phone, did not work, the internet did not work, we could not put on the TV or even background music, to make the mood even better, and the lights on the outdoor terrace, as well as by the grill, no longer worked. The electricians fixed everything twice, but it was not completely fixed.
