− The whole building smelt really badly of smoke, and the walls were very thin with very odd noises coming from other properties. The hosts probably can’t do too much about this (the property itself didn’t smell of smoke, but that was likely due to the many air fresheners)

Host provided clear instructions confirming how to get into main door and how to access lock box for keys. Lots of towels left and clean rooms/kitchen

− The parking/unloading of the car with a baby. There were also lots of stairs that were not mentioned in the booking, which was difficult with a baby and a pram. The advert states FREE parking however this is no the case, we had to park at a multi storey overnight and it only allows 24hr payment so you have to remember to extend each time. The car park was up a hill which was really difficult with a baby and pram. The apartment was freezing cold, our baby monitor stated 13 degrees, there are radiators but they didn’t warm up the room as it is a basement apartment. The apartment is right on the road and was so noisy with lots of shouting, banging from midnight until 4am each night. There was no WiFi or TV for the first day of our stay, luckily the host was able to come and fix.
