− NO AIR conditioners in the rooms. No air flow. This should be noted in bold large letters at the booking page The food at the taverne restaurant is not so good.

8.0+ Wunderschöne Anreise mit Schiff und Bahn + Sauberes Zimmer und Bad + Sanitäre Anlagen (Dusche, WC) + Willkommens package für den Hund + Sinnvolle Einrichtung (Bett, TV, Schreibtisch etc.) + Das Frühstück im Waldhaus, das Essen in der Lobby und im Spices kitchen & terrace waren ausgezeichnet 👍 + Alle mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit + schöne Spazier-möglichkeiten im ganzen Gebiet (auch schön für Trailläufe)
− - Keine Klimaanlage in der Taverne (auch wenn man mit einem Dyson Luftkühler/Ventilator bemüht war, hat dies nur bedingt geholfen (in Bezug auf die Klimatisierung und das Wellness Angebot, werden wir künftig auf das Waldhaus Upgraden, das es uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen hatte)

Ein erholsamer schöner Aufenthalt.
8.0Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir haben für 3 Personen vegan vorbestellt. Die Küche hat alles gegeben. Wirklich top. Die Anreise mit dem Boot ab Luzern war wirklich sehr schön. Ein super Service.
− Das Bad / WC war sehr klein.
