8.0Preis / Leistung ist sehr gut. Relativ neu saniert und sauber.
− Aussicht zum Hinterhof vom Balkon nicht so toll, aber bei dem Preis kann man nun mal keine Strandlage mit Meeresblick erwarten. Deswegen für uns dafür keinen Abstrich in der Bewertung.
Angenehm und entspannt
9.0Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, tolles Restaurant in der Nähe, von seinem Bruder geführt, wir haben uns rundum voll gefühlt. Kostenloses Parken in der Stadt und Beach Stränden ist natürlich auch ein großes Plus dieser Unterkunft.
− Hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun, der Hundestrand in Vrsar ist leider nicht der beste, wir sind lieber nach Rovinj gefahren.
