− An alarm in our room started at about 3:15am and continued until we left the room at about 8:00am. We had no sleep since 3:15. When we spoke to the receptionist and gave a giggle and said the smoke alarm is faulty - no apology given. We booked for two for two people, were quoted for two people including breakfast - on our arrival we were informed breakfast is only for one and we will have to pay additionally for the second breakfast.
