− Accessibility was difficult couldn’t use the driveway as too steep steps into house very steep also not good for older people Shower over bath hard for older people to access
Nice house in 1770
8.0Nice clean house with good views over trees/water. Good location within walking distance of marina and cafes.. Nice outdoor stool seating (but don't sit at the outdoor table around 8am, the automatic sprinkler gives you a shower). Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Good laundry. Great place to relax.
− No access to driveway (chained off). This was not made clear. Parking is on the street, and all access is via a lot of stairs, some of which are way too high. Shower over high bath. No hair-dryer. No storage at all in any bedrooms - not one wardrobe, and no space around bed for suitcases.
Extremely disappointing, would never expect agents to be so rude ,unfriendly & non co-operative.

− Property was not cleaned, urine on toilet, sand in lounge chairs. Can't stand in shower because of bath base. Animal dropping in B.B.Q. limited access, with several gates, illegal size steps at front entrance, chain blocking any access to rear & side door of property, side decking continuously wet from automatic sprinklers, No parking access. Listing was changed after confirming booking. Neighbour advised, chain had just been put up. To stop access.
