Disappointing service
5.0The facilities were decent but the bed linen were dirty. The room service also needs improvement. Although they call it a spa they don’t have in house Spa facilities and we were asked to go to a nearby Spa which could not accommodate us. The name of the property is misleading
− They collected INR 5,000 while booking and then also collected the full room and board charges while check out. They failed to inform me that I had already paid advance. There is no response for my request for refund.
