8.0Netter Kontakt zur Unterkunft. Die Anreise Zeit hat sich mehrmals geändert. Alles unproblematisch. Schöne Wohnung, modern, Blick über die Stadt. Direkt Bahnhofsnähe und trotzdem ruhig. Gerne wieder.
Unhelpful and manipulative property management.
2.0It was fine. Usual pros and cons found in many properties.
− The property itself was fine but the people managing the property were not. They deliberately kept from us that we couldn’t get to Wuppertal easily despite knowing our detailed but domed travel plans. I had previously shared my detailed travel plans and they in effect let us get stranded about 30miles away. We tried to contact them at this stage and they went quiet on us!! 3 hours later in the intense heat they suggested we caught an Uber!! When I complained about their unhelpfulness in providing some upfront local knowledge on travel disruptions that have been ongoing for 6 months, they literally said ‘not our problem’ and said it was my choice to get an Uber (not that I had any choice) and accept the expense. My warning is that they place a lot of energy positioning themselves to take no responsibility for anything. This is also reflected in the officious signage in the property. I’m sure they will have a slick response to this review but it’s still the case that if any incidents happen they will offload the blame and expense onto the customer.

8.0Heerlijk appartement waarin alles aanwezig is. Je loopt binnen 10 min naar het centrum. Schoon en goede ruime bedden.
− Appartement ligt aan een drukkere weg waar je in de slaapkamer met gesloten ramen verder geen last van hebt.
