Fantastic and spacious house, perfect for a group!
8.0The location is fantastic, and the house is spacious and comfortably accommodates six people. The air conditioning in all rooms works perfectly, and the bathrooms are large with excellent showers. There is also plenty of parking space and a secure electric gate. Overall, it is a very good house.
− - Communication Barrier: The host only speaks Italian and communicated with us entirely in that language. Since we do not speak Italian, we couldn't understand anything she said during a 20-minute check-in instruction session, which felt quite uncomfortable. It would be much better to receive these instructions via email or a printed house manual in English to avoid missing any important rules. - Unexpected Tourist Tax & Property Visits: We were asked to pay a tourist tax in cash upon arrival, which was not communicated to us beforehand. Because we didn't have the cash ready, the host insisted on coming back another day to collect it. We felt uncomfortable with the host returning during our stay and requested that it be collected after our departure, but she preferred to come back while we were there. Advance notice in English would have easily prevented this. - Bathroom Drainage: The shower pipes appeared to be partially blocked, as water accumulated quickly at the bottom of the shower during use. - Overall Host Interaction: While the host was very friendly and nice, sitting through a 20-minute explanation in a language we don't understand was frustrating. I highly recommend printing the house rules and instructions in English and leaving them on-site for international guests.

10.0Tutto davvero bellissimo! Loredana è stata fin da subito disponibile e gentile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze (anche aspettando la tarda ora per permetterci di fare il check-in). Ci sono state tante attenzioni davvero non scontate. La casa è bellissima e la pulizia è impeccabile. Per non parlare dalla posizione strategica vicino al mare. Davvero solo cose positive!
