8.0My family feels that our stay was close to perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back to visit again.
− The only problem I had with the place was the moldy smell in the house. I think it comes from the lounge wall. Could smell it throughout the house when we got there. If that can be fixed, the house will be perfect.
Good location but no bath towels, Wifi or TV channels. Passable but disappointing. Lots of potential
6.0Location is good, easy walk to the beach. Pool is nice. Good aircon throughout. Kitchen fully equipped including a dishwasher. Comfortable and spacious enough
− There were no bath towels which is very unusual, so we had to go and buy towels. It took us three days to get the beach gate access code from the hiring/rental company which is unacceptable. There is also a TV but no channels. You can bring your own DSTV but we don't have DSTV at home. No WiFI so you can't stream anything either unless you have tons of data on your phone and a streaming device you can connect to the TV. We were there a week and they never refill toilet paper or clean. Despite this, there is a cleaning surcharge of R1000 over and above the quoted price, which is disclosed but still sucks. All-in-all it's quite expensive and at this price point they should really be offering towels, Wifi, TV channels. Lots of potential but not trying hard enough.

Hidden admin costs equate to 30% of the property cost to stay

− We used booking.com to make the booking as we always do with our holidays but we was told we have to pay R800 admin fee ontop of this to the property agent. This is 30% of the booking fee for the holiday. The admin fee is not displayed on the property or made easily noticeable it also did not provide any service cleaning or any sort of service a total rip off. I am extremely dissapointed and will take to social media with the rest of my family and friends if we are not compensated for this ridiculous cost.
