Very basic accomodation. Faults above compounded our dissatisfaction.
5.0− No hot water. Bed was mattress on floor. Shower was dirty. Yard was a rubbish dump. No tea towels. Bedroom door lock failed locking person out of room overnight. (Repaired next day)

− House stunk had to open windows all windows straight away, boiler was not working we could not even get a shower there were mice boxes about the house and big holes in the internal walls indicated pest problems owner said he will compensate I've messaged him twice with no response! Never again

Although handy for our location, I don’t think I would book this property again for longer than 1 night
5.0It was quite close to the venue we were attending
− Although the bedrooms were quite comfortable, the kitchen was very basic. We couldn’t find any dinner plates, no tea towel, no kitchen roll or cloth to wipe anything down with. There was washing up filling the dish drainer and used items left in the fridge which wasn’t very clean
Great experience
10.0Lovely location, not noisy. Close to stores. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Everything needed was available including a cot for our baby
