Overall, the apartment worked great for us! I would stay again.
7.0The apartment was very spacious and it was in a great location for seeing Chicago. The hostess was very easy to contact and helpful. The binder with information was great. Parking was super easy.
− We needed to know where to find the keys in the lock box outside. The air conditioning units were pretty old and hard to read/wouldn’t stay on. The bathroom was still a bit dirty, several hairs were on the floor.
Overall it was a cute place with enough room to do everything you need to do.
8.0The place was was very clean and it was very peaceful. And the plates and cutlery was a nice touch. Overall, a great place.
− The lock box was hard to open and there was no way of being able to control the heat.
