スタッフさんは優しくて感じの良い方でした！
5.0スタッフさんの雰囲気が、威圧感がなく、優しい感じで安心でした。何度かかけてしまった分からないことへの電話対応も、嫌がらず対応してくださいました。お部屋も綺麗で、館の雰囲気も落ち着いていてとても良かったです！
− 予約する時に見た写真のお風呂と実際が違い過ぎました。中庭を通るのが寒かったこと、換気扇が無く洗面台の鏡も曇って全く見えないこと、脱衣場にもう一つ台か椅子があれば使いやすかった。以上のことが改善されたら良いなぁと思います。あと停電が2度もあって不安になりました。
