I expected much better
5.0Property was close to the four waterfall walk
− Hotel is too close to the main road. Room fixtures were relatively new but kind of cheap and there was no desk: hence I could not use my laptop. The heating in the bathroom did not work and it was cold. The restaurant was disappointing: on the first night I was told I could not book a table for dinner as there was a wedding going on. I did book a table for 7pm on the second night but, when I went there on time, I was told there was no table for me and that I had to wait till one became available; I ended up leaving because it would have taken too long; note that I did see that there were two tables still free in the restaurant but the staff refused to seat me on those as they had apparently been reserved for someone else. I think this treatment was not fair as I was a guest of the hotel, I had booked earlier and I should have had priority in line with what is advertised on booking.com.

10.0Very new so absolutely pristine. Beautifully laid out and well equipped. Shower fabulous.
− Could do with a rug to cosy it up to absorb that empty sound but understand why not to have one. Quite expensive with no breakfast.
