Clean, central, with everything you need, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
10.0So central. Beautiful place, clean, with everything you need. 11 of us stayed and it was simply perfect. We went to ladies day at the races and it was only 15 min taxi ride. Would definitely look to stay again, and highly recommend it. Thank you 🙏

− Bathrooms slightly compromised, wet room awkward and en suite to twin bedroom on top floor noisy and a bit smelly (macerating toilet).
It was okay.

− The stairs. We had to change guests. My mum couldn’t manage the stairs.
Amazing property in a great location
10.0We were a group of 5 older ladies visiting Bath for a couple of days so the location was fantastic close to some lovely restaurant and cafes . The 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms were brilliant as we all had our own private rooms. The kitchen , dining room and sitting room were so comfortable with every facility needed . Loved the radio in each room.
− There was nothing we didn’t like . The only thing I’d say is that there are quite a lot of stairs .
