− ３人で宿泊予約したのに２人分のシーツとタオルとアメニティしかありませんでした 問い合わせも18:30で終わっていたのでできませんでした チェックイン用のコードも送られてきませんでした

5.0− Very difficult to find and get taxi’s to and from train station. No one on main desk. Checking via Skype was stressful. Google maps couldn’t find apartment
