− No heating absolutely freezing in the caravan especially at night we were woken up during the night as it was so cold - electric heaters and fans are provided but if all used eg in bedrooms at the same time as the lounge the electric trips out and the plugs get extremely hot during prolonged use Shower and water raging hot could use ( if you stay with older children check temperature before they use the shower as you cannot regulate ) Key box extremely hard to open
