Fantastic spot, great space inside - property needs a bit of TLC.
6.0Fantastic location & a nice outlook. Nice Sandy each very close by. Lovely space and great that each room had a bathromm. Comfortable beds, great crockery & glassess.
− The property is tired yet the cost was more than our Hotel in Britomart Auckland City. Main light in Queen room & heated towel rail did not work at all. Venetian blind across King Window top third would not close, so woke with the sun at 5.30am. Top Louvers in main living had to stand on a chair to close (vented air was nice but lots of mossies' was not, - fly spray available once closed).
