8.0Great place to stay for a larger family, work trip group , or for a group of friends as there is 4 beds and a pullout couch that turns into a bed . The hot tub is very spacious and worked perfectly . There is 3 bathrooms which is also good for a large group . We didn’t have any issues with privacy and the host was quick to respond and very helpful.
− The only complaint I have isn’t the host or the property’s fault but it was definitely a bigger space than we needed . However this is a perfect place for a family or larger group

− The staples holding the runner rug on the stairs were coming out which was a concern but we made the most of it and still had a fun time.

− Needs a little TLC for general wear on light colored carpets and paint touch up on walls. Extra blankets in bedrooms would be nice.
