− The bedding for the sofa bed, no covers for the pillows or cover for the sofa bed
Once everything was sorted our stay was fine.
5.0The property was clean bed comfortable shower hot.
− Having to park the car down 4 ramps ! The fob supplied after picking it up from the city which was so busy and hard to find didn’t open any doors or the parking garage this was 9.30 at night.
It was a nice stay.
9.0The host was responsive and gave clear instruction to get the key. Also, we arrived early and they allowed us to check in. Due to the distance of the key location, we ended up checking in late.
− It was not too difficult to find the keys, but it was way too far to go. I had to take tram and walk to get the key (as the owner said it was required by the law to keep the key further away). This make it difficult for travelers without a car. Also, the room door was somehow difficult to open.
Great stay would book again when we’re in Canberra again

10.0Great location. Many city hot spots are easily accessible. Spacious enough for a family with kids. It has all the facilities you need - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine.
− Parking is at B3 and need to go past 2 roller gates. Need to allow extra 5-10 minutes to exit the building
