The position on the beach is wonderful. Gardens are well laid out and planted. The main part of the house is modern and in good condition. Equipment and facilities are generally good.

− There were three problems: The major problem is that the downstairs area is very unpleasant. The owners have boarded out the area under the deck with plywood and chipboard and use it as the fourth bedroom. It smells, there is mould on the wall under the sink. There are cables tacked to the walls. There are no blinds on the windows so anyone in bed is in full view, but also by dawn the room is in full daylight. It is extremely hot but has only one rusty, noisy fan. It is completely unsuitable as a bedroom. The deck is in poor condition with some rotten sections, and nails and screws protruding above the timber, some of them by 10mm. In places the house was filthy, notably the windows, the vents on the air-conditioning units, the sunlight vents in the sitting area and the showers which had black mould around the base of the tiles.
