− Large Tidewater pool is closed .. what the heck? That is a large reason we like to rent here No ceiling fans in bedrooms - hot No drapes for privacy at large back porch floor to ceiling windows which is directly across from clubhouse and driving range area No hair dryer anywhere Master toilet clogs up too easily Master left bathroom sink drain is broken 2nd bathroom tub drains poorly TV/spectrum box NEVER worked even to watch basic channels -no instructions No check out instructions until after we checked out Huge roach crawling on ceiling master bedroom

− That there wasn't a TV in every room. Nor was there bedding for the pullout couch 🛋. I had to purchase that myself.

9.0The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect 😀
− I'm sure it was out of their control, however we could not use the outside porch because of the massive amount of pollen thickly covering the furniture.
We enjoyed seeing our granddaughter who lives in Myrtle Beach & the food was fantastic!
7.0Location of property, security & friendliness of the locals. The restaurant on the property was tasty.
− Too many bugs!! Not enough toilet paper, no garbage bags & no tissue paper!
