5.0− The communication from the staff is non existent, the phone number provided is text only. I let them know the sink was blocked and had no response. There was a hole in the wall in the room, the bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny. We arrived on time but was waiting 20 minutes for the access codes. I've stayed in much better places. We will not be returning.
