2.0− We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We specifically requested a quiet and private room, but instead received one of the most centrally located rooms in the property. The door handle was also faulty, and every time we tried to enter the room, we had to struggle with it for around 15 minutes. At 7:00 AM, we were woken up by loud noise coming from the room above us. We asked either to move to another room or to receive assistance in relocating to a different hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel owner responded in a very unpleasant and unhelpful manner, and she refused to provide any refund. The conversation with her was so uncomfortable and lacking in basic customer service that we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. We therefore decided to leave and move to another hotel, which turned out to be a much better choice.

− הקבלה פתוחה עד השעה 15:30 כך שאם נדרש משהוא מעבר לשעה זו אין עם מי לדבר. הנקיון מתבצע אחת ל - 3 ימים. נדרש להקפיד יותר על הנקיון. החדרים הרגילים נושקים לחנייה והחלון חשוף כך שכל תנועה או רעש מפריעים לשינה כמו כן איך שעולה האור ישר מתעוררים.

10.0Great Location - with amazing views of sunrise every morning and amazing evening hues at sunset every evening. Very clean, modern, safe and well maintained property and apartments. Awesome and very helpful staff members. Free parking A very sweet gesture of a welcome gift set that included a hand made dream catcher
− The only call out is that we have to either carry our own groceries and cook in the well equipped kitchen, or go out to eat or order food. If we choose the go out to eat option, we have to either take a taxi cab or rent a car because Nydri port is about a 5-6 min drive. Also, the facilities will provide coffee, but we have to buy our own milk, cream and sugar if needed
