10.0The place was nice, we loved the aesthetic and the comfort the room provided. The property owners were very responsive about my questions. Their caretaker was also very kind & accomodating. It was also quiet in our room's building so it was good for my kid.

10.0Our stay at Tu Casa in Pico de Loro was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the unit was—everything felt fresh, and there was absolutely no unpleasant smell, which made the space very comfortable and relaxing. What stood out the most was how thoughtfully the room was prepared. All the utilities and amenities were carefully considered, especially the kitchen, which was fully equipped with complete utensils and essentials. It really felt like a home away from home. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Every corner of the place reflected care and quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-prepared stay in Pico de Loro.
− If I were to suggest a slight improvement, it would be to upgrade the TV for a better Netflix viewing experience. Everything else was already excellent, so this small enhancement would make the stay even more perfect.

Strictly following the policy of Pico de Loro, our unit can only accommodate 4 people. Children that are 1 year old or above are included in the counting of the total number of guests. The only time wherein an additional guest is allowed is when the 5th guest is an infant (less than 1 year old).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
