6.0Morning sun. Good location. Parking in garage. Coffee and food nearby. Walk to Civic. Surprisingly quiet. Clean.
− If you like a quiet soft bed with a cheap aged doona then this is your place. The sofa bed top bedding also felt recently unwashed. There is a faint smell of vomit in the bathroom somewhere - the bath mat or towels ?

Apartment was tidy and had all of the essentials. Location is excellent.
8.0Excellent location. Very central to great restaurants and cafes. Secure parking was great. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. Washing machine and dryer AND an indoor clothesline was fantastic. For great coffee, we recommend 'On Lonsdale', for dinner, we recommend the Early Brid Nepalese restaurant 139/24 Lonsdale St (of an evening, you enter from the rear carpark) - has fantastic food! And for amazing handmade Gelato's, the Gelato Messina.
− We arrived in evening, so lock box collection for keys was perfect. Unfortunately, the garage key didn't work and the apartment didn't have linen or bedding for 3rd person to sleep on sofa bed. We were very lucky that another tenant arrived and got us into garage, and we had our own sleeping bag & beach towel our son could use. We found out later from the caretaker the problem was a flat battery on garage remote, and linen for a 3rd person was meant to be included. Caretakers were apologetic and lovely, and brought a remote and towel to us straight away. It all worked out and caretaker responsiveness and consideration was fantastic. Would stay here again.
