4.0Il complesso residenziale dell' appartamento in questione è molto curato e ben tenuto, con piscina pulita.
− L' appartamento non dotato dei servizi basilari che una struttura accogliente deve avere. Condizionatore inesistente in spazi minuscoli ed esposto al sole pieno in casa 30 gradi....

Odore nasueabondo, cibo andato a male in frigo al nostro arrivo. Nessun rimborso previsto.
1.0La struttura è veramente bella. La spa e la piscina meritano.
− Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la spazzatura piena e il frigo pieno di roba andata a male, yogurt e lattine aperte. Datteri e formaggio andati a male aperti. L'odore entrando era insostenibile. Si sono occupati di pulire tutto entro un paio d'ore. Ma il Benvenuto è stato orribile. Abbiamo richiesto il rimborso almeno della prima notte e lo staff non ci ha più risposto. Sicuramente non torneremo più.
