The house was a perfect, quiet neighborhood. Super comfy beds, spacious and very welcoming. The basement is the perfect hangout for a nice fire, and relax.. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub on our free day. It was just too cold outside to want to walk down a flight of steps. We came in for a college football game in Pullman, about 1.5 hrs from Spokane. Beautiful drive. This house is a great location, close to the airport. We found The Viking restaurant about 15 min drive. Great food and atmosphere. Great communication with Kayloni. She made sure we got in ok if we had any issues or concerns (we had neither). And recommended a few restaurants. We took her up on Adelo's... awesome pizza. This house was just perfect.

The location is perfect for NW Spokane area. Close to shopping and lots of great walking. The managers are great to work with.

− The front steps are a little steep for heavy suitcases

Great space for the kids to run around and play. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The hosts did everything to make our stay comfortable and responded to any questions.

We loved the big yard. The kids ran around almost all day long. The liked the grill as we cooked breakfast and dinner on it. The nice quaint patio, fire pit and hot tub were perfect for adult relaxation once the kids went to bed! Highly recommended this property!

− We liked everything. The property was extremely spacious and suited our needs for a weekend getaway in Spokane. It was close to grocery store as well as the Blue Zoo Aquarium, which is what we were the most excited about. The owner is super responsive too!

− I have bed bug bites on my abdomen and back from being there. I am in health care and very careful about hygiene. I have never had bed bugs before in my life, this is so disappointing.

Wonderful large house that is well appointed and near all the conveniences!

This is a wonderful large house! Two living room areas, a spacious kitchen and dining area, two gas fireplaces and a toasty hot tub! We have traveled alot and stayed in many rental properties and this one by far had the most supplies on hand for use. Plenty of dishes for the large holiday meal we had for family while there, we had 11 people and had more than enough service for them all. Beds, bedding and pillows were all really nice. Nice neighborhood near shopping, ATM, restaurants and coffee shop. Hosts were in contact and offered to help with anything we needed. Cannot express enough how happy you will be if you rent this house!
