4.0Die Lage war ok, die Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer in Anbetracht der Personenanzahl für mehrere Personen gut durchdacht
− Grundlegende Dinge der Ausstattung waren in einem desolaten Zustand. Die Toilettensitze überwiegend lose, die Duschen teilweise ohne warmes Wasser, Duschtüren defekt, Pellettofen defekt , Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine total verkalkt , Industriespülmaschine musste erst durch uns gereinigt und in Takt gesetzt werden, der Innengrill in der Küche war defekt , die Holzstühle im Esszimmer größtenteils walkelig, auf der Terrasse lose Platten (Stolperfallen), unteres Schlafzimmer die komplette Gardinenaufhängung kaputt, kleiner Bar Kühlschrank, hier Eisfach, ewig nicht abgetaut , bei Hausübergabe teilweise Sauberkeitsmängel, wie nicht geleerte Badmülleimer und volle Aschenbecher im Aussenbereich, die Verbrauchskosten bei Endabrechnung , Strom und Gaskosten maßlos überteuert.

− Propreté moyenne. Équipements très bruyants.( frigo, table cuisson) Grill attenant aux plaques de cuisson sale et ne fonctionne pas.
