1.0We liked that we just had a code to put in for everything
− As soon as we got to the 4th floor where our room was our room and the entire hallway was a nasty wet dirt dog smell and in the next room two or three dogs were going wild in the room barking and going crazy. We contacted the hotel they didn’t seem interested in it and told us to goto a supply room on the 2nd floor and get air fresheners lol Well we went and the room the damn near empty and surprise no air fresheners. They did not offer to comp our bill they did say at 11pm we could move to another room but it wasn’t going to be what we paid for. The room: floors slanted, nasty dog smell, no towels, bathroom/shower soaps almost gone. Would never stay here again And want a full refund from this place
