Ideal for a family group that just need a bed for the night
6.0The location and parking for 3 cars was perfect
− Unfortunately when we arrived the house was not equipped for 12 people . Insufficient bedding crockery and cutlery . This was put right by the time the rest of the party arrived . The pillows are extremely hard .

Lovely accommodation
9.0The hosts were so helpful. We added guests halfway through the stay and they were super accommodating. The place was very comfortable and clean. A great location for NEC. Easy parking and access to the property. Great living room with a massive dining table which was great for playing games in the evening. All bedrooms were great sizes.
− There wasn't much in the kitchen. So if you are wanting to cook for 6-10 people then maybe bring bits with you. There wasn't any really big pots and pans and not quite enough cutlery. But have mentioned this on their review form so hopefully that can be amended. We would still love to stay again if going to the NEC again.
