Could have been much better.
6.0Convent location.
− Wifi broken, rugs not clean, beds uncomfortable, safety hazards (linoleum torn in upstairs br, metal strip on carpet by stairs missing screws.) Mold on ceiling in shower.

− The house was pretty dirty (dishes, floors) hot water was shut off and there were numerous space heaters placed around in each room.
