− The boiler was not working so I had no heating or hot water. I rang to complain but there was nothing they could do as the maintenance person had gone home. The boiler looks like it has not worked in a long time. The bed was uncomfortable you could feel every spring in the mattress. The whole place had a funny smell. I have asked for a refund but all they have offered is 50% discount off my next stay. I certainly will not be staying there again.

− The apartment was dirty. There were stains everywhere – on the carpets, ceilings, and walls. The extractor hood was literally covered in grease. From the very beginning there were problems – check-in was a hassle, communication was poor, and things in the apartment weren’t working. The bathroom light didn’t work and the sink was clogged. It took a few days before these were fixed, and then the hot water stopped working. On top of that, the place was extremely damp, and by the end of the week our clothes smelled of it. The service is terrible. Even after several days, they still haven’t replied to my complaint.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the amenities and overall atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

I did not like that much tbh,

− This property is dirty there is stains on the carpets, There is also stains all over the mattresses the pillows and the quilts, I actually feel sick, I actually picked this apartment because they wanted a deposit so it made me think that they would look after their properties accordingly, I saw the cleaner this morning I said hello and she just looked at me like I was a piece of Poo, I have taken photos these mattresses and quills are ruined with urine stains everywhere, I do not live like this at home and do not expect to live like this when I am going away for a couple of days, Paid a lot of money for this apartment, Also I could not watch no normal TV, Every time I try to watch Netflix it kept telling me there was too many people already using it, So therefore I could not watch TV since I got here. There is also mold on the pillars and pillar cases, I expect booking.com to do something about this and get us some of our money back, As this is not the first time this has happened and I will go online and upload these pictures for the whole nation unless this is fixed, I have lots more pictures as well you are only allowing me to share for or I would have shared you at least 10 with all the stains on the carpet and the rest of the beds, Absolutely disgusting
