We were disappointed with the overall amenities but it did appear tidy.
5.0The property was in a good location for us. There were two (2) couples travelling in our group so lots of places to choose where to sleep and gather. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe.
− The property appears older than the online pictures. It definitely weds a deep clean and some basic updating. You have to pay $100. more per day if you want to use the hot tub which is not noted anywhere online before you book. The pool was not inviting.

9.0Astounding House was a safe, peaceful and convenient locale for our stay in Dallas. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for our needs. Everyone made good use of the pool and patio area. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
