− The hotel allows pets, so there was animal hair everywhere in our room. There was hair in the bathroom as well, and when we filled the bathtub with water, lots of hair floated to the surface. The towels were only changed every three days. The bedding didn't smell fresh, and one of the pillows had a very unpleasant smell.
