Complex is nice, but unit I stayed was older. Pool absolutely not useable. Not private but for compl

− I made the booking and then they cancelled as they got another booking. I stayed in another unit in the complex. Stressful as I was on flight when they canceeld.

Quite nice two bedroom apartment that is well furnished good shower pressure and hot water.

− What I didn't like was that the check-in was quite unorganized and deceptive with payment amounts and options. Almost tried to take payment twice online and physical cash. There was also very little electricity in the meter given how much this apartment is to rent electricity should be included. Can be noisy in the morning sometimes from adjacent property and construction of apartments across from it.

Julian was such a lovely host. I found the house perfectly clean with all the facilities and more . And each time I needed something she was a call away and would send the item immediately. I would definitely be making it my stay each time I am in Dar es Salaam. Easy acess to transport, nice and quiet and the rooms where soo spacious more than a Queen size. I highly recommend this apartment in masaki Richmond.
