1.0Grande appartamento in zona residenziale tranquilla. Colazione abbondante.
− 14 messaggi per disdette fantasma,richieste di anticipo check in perché il personale viaggiava in bus All'arrivo il cancello automatico non si apre Per tutta la durata del soggiorno cosi,bisognava scendere dall'auto e spingerlo con le mani per aprire e chiudere (anche sotto la pioggia).Entriamo e per raggiungere l'appartamento bisogna scendere una scalinata al limite del pericoloso.Durante il check in chiediamo il telecomando del condizionatore e ci dicono che non c'è. Allora accendono i termosifoni da remoto,mentre a noi serviva il condizionatore per il freddo.Ma la cosa più assurda è il livello sporco e polvere presente in ogni angolo della casa.Pavimenti,vetri,specchi,ovunque regnavano sporco e polvere stagionati.Porte senza chiave,ne camere da letto ne bagni.Quadri inquietanti appesi ai muri(i ragazzi ne erano quasi intimoriti. Quasi 15 sedie sparse per la sala,sembrava di essere in una sala di attesa dal medico.Divani unti e sporchi.Paventi pieni di palline di polvere,tant'è che la mia compagna ha trovato un aspirapolvere e lha passato per tutta casa,altrimenti saremmo dovuti scappare .Senza andare oltre,penso di poter affermare che è la peggiore esperienza avuta su booking in 10 anni. Al limite delli'ndecenza .Peccato,perché la struttura meriterebbe 5 stelle.
