Awful experience, felt extremely unsafe and room was dirty and small

− The room was in a sketchy area, part of a housing commission building and felt very unsafe staying there. There was a dirty old couch out the front of the house. My friend and I booked for 5 nights and left after 1, when the other house guests were slamming doors and screaming until 3am which made us feel very uncomfortable. We didn’t feel safe stepping out of our room and our door didn’t close properly. We didn’t feel safe opening the window of our room, so it was very hot and no fans were supplied. The bedding was dirty with hair in it and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The room was extremely small with barely any room to walk around or store bags. The experience was awful and I would never recommend this accomodation to anyone, especially not young girls.

− They had overbooked the room i was gonna stay in, found a guy in my bed. Left me stranded at halv 2 in the middle of the night in London.. The owner did not answer my calls.. Both the owner and booking.com did not help at all.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
