The location to shops.

− The noisy street, the lack of blankets, the poor quality blinds did nothing to keep the heat or the light out, no fans, no bin bags, remote batteries were flat which we replaced ourselves, no patio furniture to enjoy the view, communal bins were full.

− No outdoor seating.

Small amount of care and attention spoilt an excellent facility.

Location excellent and the design and plan of unit was excellent and very practical. Shops, beach and local environment was tops. Evening sunset views were stunning. The unit block seemed brand new.

− Unit was dirty on arrival. Floors and surfaces were covered in grit. Lack of simple amenities were obvious, eg, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and Tea Towles etc.. (stayed in close to 100 Booking.com units around the world and these limitations were evident) On arrival, garage access was blocked by motor bike, booking agent showed no real interest in issue.

Nice apartment in great location. Furniture and beds could do with upgrading.

Great location, tidy apartment with good sized rooms. Walking distance to lots of bars and places to eat.

− Beds not very comfy. Furniture overall not very comfortable and cheap looking/feeling.

Proximity to local town and amenities. Clean Good garage

− Difficult to say that the property was welcoming and homely. No basic amenities including tea or coffee and soap. In fact the soap was dishwashing liquid in the bathrooms. No welcome pack on local activities or anything, just legal jargon in a contract.
