8.0It is very clean and spacious. Going to restaurants and beach is walkable and close. The psrking spot is also quite helpful. Neighbours are quite friendly and felt like a local spanish flat
− It is close to the the highway and train rail, thus if you are noise sensitive could be a problem. Some ammenities and courtesy items would be nice, like coffe capsles beach umbrellas or rain umbrellas. We were just 4, so that is exactly the dinning table size
