4.0There was a strong sewage smell in the house, which made our stay very uncomfortable. There were eight of us, and there was not nearly enough hot water — we had to limit our showers to just 2–3 minutes each. Even with that, the last two people had to shower in cold water. We were not provided with gas cylinders for cooking, and at one point we were left without food, even with small children. Later, we were asked to buy a gas cylinder ourselves and were promised a refund, but the money was never returned. The kettle was broken and could only hold enough water for two people, so we had to boil it several times in a row. The blankets were dirty and did not have duvet covers, which was also very unpleasant. Overall, the living conditions were far below our expectations.
