− I wasn't made aware of the parking blackout dates until about 3 - 4 days before arriving which was when our codes came. I didn't realize we couldn't park our 2nd car & had to pay $84 for the week. For 7 people trying to get anywhere in one vehicle or try to pick the other vehicle up & come back to the condo was a hassle. FYI - the note on the refrigerator explaining the parking options says $5 a day which is definitely not true - it is $12 a day! this was an expense we did not plan on!

The balcony view is amazing! We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to sleep for a family of 8.

Location and the view

− It could have been cleaner and there were no replacement for toilet paper; they said they only provide the starters but the starters were not full. The footrest of an armchair needs cleaning.

I will never rent a property hosted by Rent & Relax Vacations again.

The location of this property is great. The balcony overlooks the beachfront without any other buildings to block the beautiful view of the ocean. The living room was comfortable.

− I would not rent this property again and the reason is the host company, Rent & Relax Vacation rentals. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb properties and this company makes this one the worst. The amount of supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, that we were provided didn’t coordinate with the number of days that we were staying. It was annoying to have to go purchase toilet paper and paper towels, but I could’ve dealt with that. There was only one trash bag, the one that was in the bin, we had to ask for more but it took several hours for them to drop them off. On our last day there, I contact the company and asked for an additional dishwasher pod so I could run the dishwasher that had our dirty dishes inside. We were very rudely told that they DO NOT provide any additional items (trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc) beyond the initial set up and we should go purchase our own if we needed more. They even said the only reason they brought us more trash bags was a “one time courtesy”. I will never rent any property from Rent & Relax Vacations again.

Very great stay, excited to come back and loved every second of it.

The view was absolutely amazing and couldn’t ask for a better one. The inside was very very clean and it honestly felt like I could live here for ever! I will definitely be back here.

Condo was amazing, cozy and the views were stunning!

Location was beautiful. I liked the games in the unit. Condo had everything we needed!

− My stepfather and mother are both elderly and had so much trouble opening the sliding glass door in the living room. So much so they consistently used the door in the master bedroom. The front door is a bit heavy as well. Overall everything was great otherwise!

Location was great!! Steps to the beach, close to schooners! Great panoramic view of ocean & bay!

− Shorter door code, I think we pay a cleaning fee but still was expected to wash & dry towels, washer needs to be leveled dry door won’t stay open, shelves in fridge need to be fixed,
