Perfect rustic downtown cottage
10.0Location to the trail, park and downtown. Cosy interior, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a self catering holiday.
− There wasn't anything that didn't meet our needs
Cozy cabin in a beautiful setting.
10.0The cabin is cozy, comfortable, and in a beautiful setting in the woods. We loved being able to prepare food there and the cabin had everything we needed including a large fridge. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the local sights, including the Independence Mine at Hatcher Pass, the town of Palmer for hiking on Matanuska, and we even hit up some yard sales which was really fun. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
Excellent Host for downtown Cozy dated property
9.0Location in Anchorage, whole house
− 1 bathroom for 4 people, old creaky floors and stairs,
I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a home away from home. Beautiful kitchen, location
9.0Location is downtown, close to the convention center. Walking distance to restaurants and convention center. Beautiful cottage.
− The bathroom was small.
It was good but not great - the biggest problem we had was the issues with wifi and outlets.
7.0Location was excellent, quiet but near enough to shopping and restaurants that we walked everywhere.
− Internet/wifi for tv kept dropping connection, not enough bedside plugs to keep phones charging overnight nearby. Very poor set up for comfortable stay in second bedroom with the trundle bed having to be put away in order to get to the side of the room with space for luggage, no light blocking curtains.
We enjoyed our stay at the coastal cabin. The property is as described, rustic but everything we needed was provided. We
7.0The property is in a fantastic location with walking distance to downtown.
− The bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are very narrow and steep. This was not a problem for us, but could be for a small children or the elderly.
