Very disappointing. No help offered when I stated the reasons I needed to leave and no reimbursement
1.0The location was very unsafe...loud and broken glass outside the entrance. Neighbours informed me I need to be careful where I park or my car will get damaged. The agency staff were helpful when I arrived to help me access the keys and to turn the alarm off.
− Hi. I sent this message the after my first night and didn't receive a response until 24 hours later; I will be leaving Milton Road today (1 night early) Feel very unsafe here, I can't use the sink in the bathroom because the water doesn't drain (had to use a cup to empty), you haven't provided me with a car permit, the alarm is constantly going off and I am very disappointed. Now I need to find alternative premises to stay for tonight. I would appreciate compensation. I sent photographs too.
The price was right, the staff prompt to respond, no complaints at all.

− Would have liked an iron and a hair dryer and some coat hangers as no wardrobe just hooks.
