Perfect place if you want to explore NYC for a long weekend
9.0Host is very friendly and fast in communicating. Place is comfy and has all you need or wish for.
− Location itself is rather noisy due to traffic.
Stay was ok! Nothing bad happened but i was afraid walking streets every evening when i returnet to the property! Often
7.0Property was awesome! Clean, freshly renovated! A lot of place even for 6 person! It hass all except washing machine for longer stays. The place trooly good!
− The location! If you are traveling with kids, this is not good place to stay! Choose something more close to the city center! Streets were messy, a lot of strange people on the streets and … it is not safe to stay there.

7.0Great appartement, very clean, well equiped and very comfortable.
− We didn’t have a car. You can take the train, which is very comfortable and a 15 min walk. This just isn’t a very comfortable and safe walk after sunset. There is though a good parking next to the house

8.0Super amazing and stylish apartment! Exactly like in the pictures, many wonderful details and fully stocked kitchen 😊😊 Valuable tips for the area were provided in a guide book and on a beautifully painted wall. The host Elizabeth is super friendly, available for any questions and very fast in responding. In addition, we were granted a late check out :)
− The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the neighborhood adjacent to the Bronx. There are lots of run-down houses and we didn’t feel safe as pedestrians without a car. With taking an Uber to and from the Metro North or MTA Subway 2, we could overcome the situation. On weekdays, there is also a bus basically in front of the door which makes it much better but we were here on a weekend and this bus didn’t run. But the area is of course nothing that the host can change, so about the flat itself there really is not anything negative 😊
